Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your crystal should arrive to you in perfect, energetically clear condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at laylachen00@163.com within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly cover the cost of return shipping and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Final Sale Items
Certain items, such as those marked "Final Sale" or personalized/custom-made pieces, are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged upon arrival.
